Back in October, Enviro completed an insurance claim on our property in Castor Bay. Your guys were informative and effective and you would never know we even had a flood.

Dear David,
Last saturday I had to phone your after hours number because of a flood at my flat. While it was "only water", I was extremely upset because this was my second accident like this in the short time I have been renting this property from a friend.
I would like to express my thanks to Scott for the way in which he handled my call. He sounded concerned and did his best to reassure me. I really appreciate this, especially when so many answer services can be dismissive and impersonal. Please pass on my thanks to Scott.
